1. Data controller

2. What data we collect

We collect data submitted via the contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional), project type and message. When you book a consultation via Calendly, we collect the data you provide in the booking form (e.g. name, email). Technical data required for the site to operate, including IP address in server logs, may be collected automatically.

3. Purpose and recipients

We process data to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, establish collaboration, fulfil contracts and schedule consultations. After you submit the form, we send an automatic confirmation to your email address. Messages are delivered via Resend Inc. (USA). Consultation bookings are handled by Calendly LLC (USA). The site is hosted on Vercel Inc. (USA), which may process server logs including your IP address.

4. Legal basis

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps), Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests, including correspondence handling) and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent, including the contact form checkbox or Calendly booking).

5. Retention period

Contact form and correspondence data is retained for as long as needed to respond and for potential collaboration, no longer than 3 years from last contact, unless law requires a longer period.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, object and withdraw consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

7. Cookies and localStorage

We do not currently use analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics). Your browser localStorage stores theme preference (automatic by time of day or manual), cookie banner choice and whether the theme was set manually. This data is not shared with third parties.

8. Transfers outside the EEA

Data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), in particular to the USA, to Resend Inc., Calendly LLC and Vercel Inc. Transfers are based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission or other mechanisms provided under GDPR.
